2026 Season Registration


Registration for the 2026 season is now open!

The last day for the $50 early bird registration discount is on February 1st, 2026.

After February 21st, player registrations will be considered late and if teams are full, they will be placed on a waitlist.


Registration can be paid via credit/debit and E-Transfer only. All information regarding E-transfer, such as the email address and answer to your secret question will be on your registration confirmation email receipt.  Please read carefully.  Your child will not be be able to participate in a practice or game until the association receives your payment in full. 

For the 2026 season, a player's division is determined by the age they will turn between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.

If you are applying for a funding assistance grant, select the Grant/sponsorship payment option and notify the Registrar by email avlacrosseregistrar@gmail.com

Registration is prioritized in the following order in the event of player releases:

1. Returning players / players who were released from the association the previous season
2. Siblings of returning players
3. Players who have played for AVMLA in the past two years
4. New players

OTHER FEES AND DEPOSITS


All First year players are eligible for a player stick rental with registration - please contact our president, Jeremy at avlacrossepresident@gmail.com with questions.

All Players who declare with a team will receive shorts with registration please indicate a general size of your player so we can pre-order. 

  • Jersey deposit is $150 for all divisions (post dated cheque to be given to Team Manager before jerseys are handed out). You will receive your cheque back once the jerseys are returned in good condition at the end of the season.  If jerseys are not returned or are damaged, your cheque will be cashed.  
  • N.S.F. cheque handling fee of $25.00

REFUND POLICY


All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the AVMLA Registrar, Rachelle Noiles to avlacrosseregistrar@gmail.com

  • Full refund minus a $50 Admin fee prior to February 24th and have not attended any Back to box, learn to play or practice sessions
  • Full refund minus a $100 Admin fee from February 25th to March 31 or if you have participated in any practices or Back to the Box sessions prior to February 24th.
  • Refunds after March 31 only for medical/injury reasons. Must be accompanied by a doctor’s note and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Executive committee.
  • Please allow 30 days for processing.
  • Please complete the refund form (contact your team manager) and email to our registrar at avlacrosseregistrar@gmail.com.
